Privacy summary
Account and contact details, subscription and access records, device and download activity, beta feedback, and information you choose to send us.
To provide AΩGO, secure accounts, deliver app and module files, manage subscriptions and beta access, answer questions, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal information or consumer health data. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
Module choices and feedback about sleep, weight, fitness, mental wellness, or other personal goals may reveal health interests. We treat that information with added care and describe it in the Consumer Health Data Notice below.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
AΩGO is operated by Alpha y Omega, located at 2929 N Power Rd, Ste 101, Mesa, AZ 85215. In this policy, "AΩGO," "Alpha y Omega," "we," and "us" refer to Alpha y Omega.
This policy covers theaogo.com, the AΩGO mobile and Windows applications, module packages, account and download services, customer support, and the controlled beta testing program. A link to another company's website is governed by that company's policy.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
When you create or update an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, preferred contact method, account role, email confirmation status, and password-related authentication records. Passwords are handled through our authentication provider. We do not receive your password in readable form.
Access, subscription, and transaction information
We keep records of access codes, code redemption, app and module entitlements, subscription start and end dates, beta assignments, payment status, refunds, and transaction references. If paid checkout is activated, the payment provider shown at checkout handles payment-card details. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers in AΩGO systems.
Device, installation, and download information
We may collect an installation identifier, platform, app and package version, installation status, authorization and transfer records, download requested, module package installed, date and time, Internet Protocol address, browser or app information, and related security or troubleshooting data.
App settings and session records
The app stores module and narrator choices, listening mode, playback settings, sleep routine and schedule choices, progress checkpoints, package status, and session history on the device. Some entitlement, installation, download, and authorization records are also sent to our account service so the app can confirm access. We do not use listening choices for advertising.
Beta program information
Beta testers may submit test results, severity, platform, device and operating-system details, build version, descriptions of what happened, impressions, suggestions, and optional screenshots, short videos, or audio evidence. Feedback may contain personal or health-related information if the tester chooses to include it. Please do not submit medical records or more personal information than we need to understand the test result.
Support and communications
We collect the messages, attachments, contact details, and related records you send when you ask for help, respond to a survey, or communicate with the AΩGO team.
Website and security logs
Our hosting, authentication, storage, and delivery services may automatically record IP address, date and time, requested page or file, device or browser type, errors, and security events. These records help us operate and protect the service.
3. Where information comes from
We collect information from you, from the device or browser you use, from AΩGO administrators who assign access or support an account, and from service providers that process authentication, hosting, file delivery, email, or payment activity for us. We may also create records from these sources, such as an entitlement status or download history.
4. How we use information
- Create, confirm, secure, and support your account.
- Provide the website, application, modules, downloads, playback features, and updates.
- Confirm subscriptions, beta access, device authorization, and permitted installations.
- Administer beta assignments, deadlines, feedback, troubleshooting, and product changes.
- Send account, security, download, beta, service, and support messages.
- Process purchases and maintain financial and tax records when checkout is available.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users and Alpha y Omega.
- Analyze combined or de-identified information to improve AΩGO.
Consumer Health Data Notice
5. How we handle consumer health data
Some laws define consumer health data broadly. A module choice, goal, sleep schedule, weight-related selection, mental wellness feedback, or support message may identify or allow an inference about a person's physical or mental health. We apply this notice to that information when it is covered by applicable law.
Categories we may collect
- Health and wellness interests inferred from the modules, routines, and features you choose.
- Sleep, exercise, fitness, weight, mood, perception, performance, or self-help goals that you enter or discuss.
- Health-related statements included in beta feedback, support messages, or uploaded evidence.
- Technical records connected to a health or wellness module, such as a module download, installed package, session checkpoint, or completion record.
We do not ask for medical records, genetic data, biometric identifiers, precise location, a diagnosis, prescriptions, or information from a health-care provider. If you put that information in feedback or a support message, we will handle it as sensitive information and use it only for the reason you submitted it, legal compliance, and security.
Sources and purposes
Consumer health data comes directly from you, from your use of AΩGO, or from an administrator helping with your account. We use it to provide the requested module and settings, remember your choices, maintain access and progress, answer support requests, conduct beta testing, correct problems, and improve the product.
Who may receive it
We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose only the information needed to the following processors that help us operate AΩGO:
- Supabase for account authentication, database records, file storage, and private module delivery.
- Hostinger for website hosting, request logs, and the secured website download gateway.
- Microsoft Azure for secured beta build delivery and related delivery logs.
- Google Workspace when you email us or receive account, beta, support, or operating messages.
These providers may process IP addresses and technical records along with the information needed for their service. We do not disclose consumer health data to affiliates because Alpha y Omega currently has no affiliate receiving that data. We may also disclose information when you direct us to, when the law requires it, or when necessary to protect a person from a serious safety threat.
Your health data choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete consumer health data, or withdraw consent for future collection or sharing that depends on consent. Withdrawing consent will not change processing that was lawful before the request, and it may prevent a requested feature from working. Send requests to support@theaogo.com with the subject "AΩGO privacy request."
We will not collect a new category of consumer health data or use collected health data for a materially different purpose without updating this notice and obtaining consent when the law requires it.
7. Cookies, browser storage, and local app data
The website uses browser storage needed to keep you signed in, protect an authenticated session, remember required settings, and make account features work. The app uses device storage for account state, downloaded packages, narrator and playback preferences, checkpoints, sleep schedule choices, and session history. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
You can clear browser storage through your browser and local app data by signing out, using available removal controls, or uninstalling the app. Clearing data may sign you out, remove downloaded files, or erase local history and settings. Server records needed for subscriptions, access, security, beta administration, or legal compliance may remain under the retention rules below.
8. Retention and security
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain an account or subscription, administer beta work, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet tax or legal requirements, and support ordinary business records. The period depends on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or allow it to expire through our backup process.
Local app settings and history may remain on a device until you remove them, sign out where the app clears them, or uninstall the app. Beta feedback and evidence may be kept while the issue is evaluated and for a reasonable product-development record afterward.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated services, encrypted network connections, restricted administrative access, signed or time-limited downloads, and other safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No Internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique password and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have the right to:
- Know whether we process your information and obtain access to it.
- Receive details about categories, sources, purposes, and recipients.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information, subject to permitted exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy of certain information.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.
- Opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not currently use these practices.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive information where applicable.
- Appeal a decision about a privacy request.
- Use an authorized agent where applicable.
To make a request, email support@theaogo.com or write to the address below. Tell us the account email, the right you want to use, and the state or country where you live. We may verify your identity before acting. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for using a privacy right.
If we deny a request, reply with the subject "Privacy appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will provide information about contacting the appropriate regulator when required.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Because AΩGO does not sell information or use it for targeted advertising, there is currently no sale or advertising preference to change. We will honor legally recognized browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, if we begin an activity to which they apply. Browsers may also send a Do Not Track signal, but there is no single accepted response standard.
10. Children
AΩGO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. A person under the age of majority may use AΩGO only with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision. If you believe a child provided information without proper consent, contact us so we can review and delete it as required.
11. International use
Alpha y Omega operates from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AΩGO changes. We will post the revised version here and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal or consumer health data, we will provide additional notice or ask for consent when required.
